` What CBS Did and Didnt Say About Nutritional Supplements
Nutritional supplements, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and numerous similar products are currently available to the general public from a variety of sources, some excellent and some very unsatisfactory. This topic is big business in todays world and CBS has brought the subject to the forefront in their news story about these products.
It is my wish to express only my personal opinion here. As an individual who has some experience in the field of nutrition, I believe my words are important. I further believe that the CBS story is a great conversation starter, but does not present all aspects of calcium hmb benefits discussion.
I believe that it is important to make the distinction between those products which come from someones kitchen and are sold as nutrition supplements, and those quality products produced by large reliable companies who back their products with scientific research and extremely high production standards.
I am a senior who has lived all of my life in close proximity to the medical profession. I owe my life to them. But, I have also personally experienced several situations where prescription medications and drugs created a problem rather than providing a solution. And, I have experienced wonderful results from specific high quality nutrition supplements that met a need for me and provided significant symptom relief, which greatly improved my quality of life.
I am sincerely disappointed that the much advertised newscast presented such a negative picture of an industry that provides so very much positive benefit for so many people. Nevertheless, I am encouraged that this topic has now been brought front and center into living rooms around the world. It is my hope that everyone will now begin their own due diligence on the whole matter of nutrition supplementation.
We must all seek answers from industry leaders in the field, who have accurate, scientific knowledge and can present all sides of this vast issue. Only then can we, one and all, treat our bodies with respect and dignity, supplementing with quality products and scientific knowledge to attain that quality of life which we would not enjoy without these products.
As with all situations, we are required to sift through the good, the bad, and the ugly to find the truth. I urge everyone to begin their own journey in this search for truth regarding everything we take into our bodies. This must include careful scrutiny of all prescription drugs and the proper balance of quality nutritional supplements.
In todays world of media overload, we must guard against becoming willing to follow what we are told rather than learning how to analyze information and reach our own conclusions.
CBS has opened the discussion. Lets now pursue the topic and seek all the answers that this important topic deserves.

Cutting down on the amount of carbohydrates you consume will also help you lose weight. When you replace the carbs with protein, you can eat a lot more and still shed pounds. While you do need to eat carbohydrates to give your body the energy it needs, you can cut down on your intake by being aware of how much carbohydrates different foods contain. This means purchase pure mannitol wholesale powder scrutinizing the label of foods when you shop for your groceries.
"Easy" means different things to different people when it comes to dieting. For some, it might be easier to take part in one of the diet programs available where the food is prepackaged in the right portions. This takes the guesswork out of how much you should eat at a meal and the chore of preparing the food.
Eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables is important while on a diet as is drinking plenty of water. The water washes out the burned out calories out of your system and helps to raise your metabolism. Exercising helps you burn calories, so you lose weight as you work out.
